Every piece is made to order: it goes into production as soon as you pay, ships within 7–10 business days, and we email you the tracking number. We deliver worldwide, except to Russia and Belarus.

Wrong size?
We exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery if the item hasn't been worn and still has its tags.

How do I track my parcel?
Once it ships, we email you the tracking number — enter it on the carrier's website.
Can I change the address after paying?
Yes, as long as the parcel hasn't been handed to the carrier — usually the first 7–10 business days while your piece is being made. Write to us with your order number.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes, almost worldwide — to every country except Russia and Belarus. Delivery time depends on the country; if you pay VAT or a fee on delivery in the EU, we refund it — just upload the receipt on your order page; outside the EU, import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. We work with full prepayment: every piece is made to order, so production starts once the order is paid.
