Terms of sale

These are the terms on which the NOIR online store sells goods on this website. By placing and paying for an order, you accept them.

Orders. An order is accepted once the online payment succeeds (full prepayment). Items are made to order: production starts right after payment. Your order number and status are shown on the website right after payment.

Prices and payment. Prices are in euros and apply at the time of ordering. You can pay with Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay; payments are processed by a secure payment provider.

Shipping. We make your order and hand it to the carrier within 7–10 business days after payment and email you the tracking number. Delivery times and options are on the “Shipping & payment” page.

Exchanges and returns. You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it if it hasn't been worn and still has its tags. We refund the card you paid with within 7 days of receiving the item back.

Personal data. Your name, phone, email and delivery address are used only to fulfil your order and are shared only with the carrier.
